How does it all work?

My method is based from experience and training on traditional Yogic and Vipassana practices. I call it the Ahimsa Yoga Method and it is rooted in compassion and self awareness. Ahimsa means non harming in Sanskrit and Yoga means loosely to unite. What I do is help you find all the ways in which you might be holding yourself back or unconsciously harming yourself and adding in compassion and self awareness through Yogic practices to open up your understanding about your life and how to move forward. I have found this to be the most effective and sustainable way to reach the wellness and healing goals you might set for yourself while seeing incremental progress in your body and mind.

After you book your Discovery Session, you can choose between two options:

Ahimsa Yoga Method Package (3months)

This coaching package I have put together for you includes:

  • Monthly 1 on 1 meetings (75min) to get down to the root of what you are looking for on a deeper level

  • A personalized program that will help you gain control of your life and reach your goals 

  • Weekly 30 min calls to check in on progress and build up your motivation

  • Video and audio yoga and meditation practices

  • Unlimited email communication to help you stay on track and gain clarity

*Sessions are done either as audio or Video calls, or in person

Single Sessions

 

Each session includes:

  • Time to Map out your goals and gain clarity (60min)
  • Get a custom Guide to practices that will lead you to progress (PDF)
  • Direct unlimited email communication for 2 weeks after initial session
