There are moments in life that feel perfectly in sync. Everything is going well, we are happy and healthy, and we love what we are doing. But inevitably we fall out of those moments and compare our lives to someone else's, blaming ourselves for not being "perfect". We often think to ourselves, "once I am at the perfect financial status or the perfect weight or the perfect relationship- then I can start working on my self care and wellness".
